Refund Policy

If customer is not 100% satisfied with the flower we delivered, please notify us immediately upon received the shipment.
You may return the item you purchased from www.worldfloral.com.my and we will either provide a free replacement or refund. A processing fee of 20% of purchase price for each refund. Hence the nett refund amount will be the purchase price less 20%.

Cancellation of order - if customer requests for cancellation of fully settled order purchased from www.worldfloral.com.my. The refund will be 50% of the purchase price.

Note: All return will not be accepted without prior approval from our management.
